Service Description
Studio Loud & Clear is self-service and intuitive, so you can handle everything from setup to recording on your own. However, if you would appreciate technical and production support, you can make use of our Professional Assistance service.
At the start, we’ll work together to choose and set up the ideal arrangement that matches the image of your podcast or interview. We’ll help seat your guests in relation to the microphones and cameras, fine-tune the shot composition, and oversee the recording from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly.
During the interview, we’ll point out any distracting noises or messy hair, keep track of timing so you can cover all planned topics, and more. This service is perfect for anyone who wants to devote their full energy to the conversation itself without worrying about the small details that can influence the final result.

Standard Video Editing
Service Description
We will edit your recorded footage and prepare it for final presentation in 7 business days.
Our experienced editing team will handle the entire post-production process. After ordering, an editor will contact you via email to discuss the process. They will download all necessary files from our servers, edit them, and send you the final video. This service applies to the corresponding time slot of your recording.

- delivery of the video within 7 business days from upload (if you need it sooner, inform the editor, and they will try to accommodate you as best as possible)

- basic video correction
- adding your jingles and graphic elements (you have to provide them to us)
Express Video Editing

Sound Postproduction
Service description
When your guest whispers or, on the contrary, shouts, it shows in the audio track. No microphone can smooth out such fluctuations, and the result can be distracting for the listener. Audio postproduction helps by leveling the volume. It also filters out background noise.
Professional sound is taken care of by our sound masters. After placing your order, the sound engineer will contact you via email. They will download all the necessary files from our servers, edit them, and then send you the finished recording. The service is linked to the relevant time slot.

- Adjusting the volume of all speakers to the same level

Premium Cameraman Services
Service Description
Want to bring your video to life, highlight key details, add dynamic sequences, or capture a broader context?
Hire a professional cameraman! Unlike the three static studio cameras, the cameraman moves around the studio throughout the recording session, adding an extra dimension to your video.
Our experienced team of cameramen ensures high-quality, dynamic footage. The cameraman will arrive at the studio during your scheduled time, and you can discuss all the details on-site. This service applies to the corresponding time slot of your recording.

Our rental and recording package includes everything you need: rent of the space, facilities & professional equipment, footage from 3 cameras and an audio track. To record a podcast, just press a button and our automatic system will take care of everything else. This saves you money on staff, which has been replaced by artificial intelligence software developed by us. After recording, you can simply download the recording in the studio or online from the comfort of your home. The price does not include subsequent editing of the recording (post-production). You can easily order this from us too, just add it to your booking in the booking system and we will take care of everything else. See below for more details. Are you planning a longer shoot? You will automatically get a discount! If you book 6 or more hours within 1 day, you will get an additional 20% discount from us. The discount is given automatically in the online booking system.
FAQ
Can I cancel my booking or change the time of my booking?
Zrušení i změnu času rezervace provedete ve svém uživatelském účtu.
Nejprve je třeba se přihlásit do svého uživatelského účtu v pravé horní části našeho webu (pokud jste již přihlášeni, klikněte na svůj e-mail).
Poté zvolit rezervaci, kterou chcete změnit či zrušit. Pokud máte rezervovaných více hodin, tak buď můžete kliknout na křížek u času, který chcete zrušit, nebo můžete zrušit i celou rezervaci kliknutím na "Zrušit celou rezervaci".
Zrušení rezervace je zdarma pouze při zrušení více než 48 hodin před začátkem rezervovaného času (a nejméně 20 min. před začátkem rezervace). Pokud rezervaci zrušíte méně než 48 hodin předem, bude částka ponížena o 50 %. Peníze vracíme automaticky na účet, ze kterého byla rezervace zaplacena.
You can cancel and change the time of your reservation in your user account.
First you need to log in to your user account on the top right of our website (if you are already logged in, click on your email).
Then select the reservation you wish to change or cancel. If you have multiple hours booked, you can either click on the cross next to the time you want to cancel, or you can also cancel the entire reservation by clicking on "Cancel Entire Reservation".
Cancellations are only free if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the booked time (and possible at least 20 minutes before the start of the booking). If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the amount will be reduced by 50%. The money will be refunded automatically to the account from which the booking was paid.
Is there a cancellation fee or fee for reservation change?
Cancellation (you can make a change by cancelling the reservation and booking a new time, see previous point above) is free of charge only if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the booked time. Cancellation is only possible at least 20 minutes before the start of the reservation.
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we will give you 50% back. The amount will be refunded automatically to the account from which the booking was paid.
How do I log on to Wi-Fi?
The password for our free Wi-Fi network is Machovka9 (the network name is Loud & Clear).
The best signal is in the studio itself, where the Wi-Fi transmitter is located.
Where can I download the completed record?
There is a computer dedicated for this purpose on the studio premises. You can download your files from an USB hub or an USB-C cable. Please keep in mind that the size of the final files will be in the hundreds of GB and so it is essential to have a large enough storage device (external drive, flash drive or a SD or MicroSD memory card). Thanks to the high-speed network (10 Gbps), your files will be downloaded within 10 minutes for every hour of recording (but if your external storage does not reach 10 Gbps data writing speeds, the download will take longer).
What format will the recording be in?
The video is in .MOV format in Full HD resolution with 30 FPS. This recording quality ensures the best result when recording podcasts in our studio. Do not look for a separate audio file, the audio is included with all recordings. For clarity and easy orientation, you also have a summary shot from all 3 cameras simultaneously for each recording.
How long does it take for a recording to be available for download?
Záznam si můžete stáhnout ve studiu ihned po skončení natáčení (přenos dat na server může nicméně v závislosti na jeho délce trvat několik málo minut). Pokud jste si ale zaplatili postprodukci, nemusíte dělat vůbec nic. Nahrávku si v takovém případě nejprve automaticky stáhne náš střihač, který vám poté zašle na e-mail odkaz ke stažení finálního výstupu.
The recording can be downloaded in the studio immediately after the filming is finished (depending on the length of the recording, it may take a few minutes to transfer the data to the server). However, if you have paid for post-production, you don't have to do anything at all. In this case, the recording will first be automatically downloaded by our editor, who will then email you a link to download the final output.
Is it necessary to order additional services?
No, it isn’t. We offer additional services to help you achieve a premium result. However, if you do not feel you need any of the services, it is by no means necessary to book them. So, the choice is yours. However, on our behalf, we recommend that you at least consider using a post-production service, which is absolutely essential for a high quality output.
What is the data size of 1 hour of recording?
The recording is always composed of 3 video tracks, which always include an audio track. Thus, the size of 1 hour of recording from all 3 cameras is around 80 GB.
